Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 24 hours. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This property features self-check-in only, no front desk or concierge services available. After booking, guests must complete Abode's online check-in process. This includes electronically signing a rental agreement via a secure link, which must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation. The link will also collect details about the stay and verify guests identity. For same-day bookings, the processing time may take up to 2 hours. Guests residing in the same city may require special approval to accommodate the stay. Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card verification (photo of the card and confirmation of a test amount) before being approved for check-in. Virtual Cards are not accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
