Abode Pittsburgh - Downtown Convention Center

This is not a hotel. It is such a poorly managed airbnb that I am surprised it is even possible for them to be on Booking. I got no info about checkin until 10min arriving at the property and then learned that I need to share all my personal info with them. They did not reach out to me through Bookings, only through unknown direct text messages and I was extremely worried that this was a scam. In addition, they had sent me 5 other text messages that was meant for other people. They forced me to send pics of credit card and ID, even though it was already paid for. It took an hour of frustration to get the info on how to get to the apartment.

The internet/cable was not working. I told them at my arrival about this issue. I stayed for 4 days and they didn't bother to fix it. Terrible management.

That there was a person at the front desk to help

It was confusing to get into the hotel and how the parking worked. The human touch was missing.

Downtown Pittsburgh was beautiful and the place that we stayed at was so beautiful

I liked everything I would stay there again hundred percent

It was quiet and safe

I didn’t like not having the information until the day before for address and details to enter.

Facilities were very good, location was great near waterfront and Convention Center, Easy Parking next door.

REGISTRATION was VERY TROUBLESOME!!! Everything must be done by email through the Managing agency. Ive traveled the world, and NEVER had this level of scrutiny required by any hotel or airbnb.

It was spacious, great location, all of the amenities you could need!! A great stay

‏Historic hotel and 80% of the staff are unprofessional, no greeting back, dirt outside the apartment door and at the washing machine, the receptionist has a frown on his face, check in you must be an atomic scientist. Puzzles and needs a solution. I asked for a blanket as if it was the employee's money and he got annoyed and got it after an hour cancelled outside the door without knocking or informing us on 8/8 at 10 pm and he was the one who did not greet me back and had a frown on his face and he is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. I say my daughter needs an extra blanket and he asks me why. I have a disabled غchild and I need an extra hour when leaving, the answer is refusal or payment. Most of the rooms are empty in front of my eyes

فندق تاريخي و80% من الموظفين غير محترفين، لا يوجد استقبال، أوساخ خارج باب الشقة وعند الغسالة، موظف الاستقبال عابس الوجه، تسجيل الدخول يجب أن تكون عالم ذري. ألغاز وتحتاج إلى حل. طلبت بطانية كما لو كانت مال الموظف، فانزعج وحصل عليها بعد ساعة، وألغى الحجز خارج الباب دون طرق أو إبلاغنا في 8/8 الساعة 10 مساءً، وهو الذي لم يرد التحية عليّ وكان عابس الوجه، وهو أسوأ شخص رأيته في حياتي. أقول إن ابنتي تحتاج بطانية إضافية، فيسألني عن السبب. لدي طفل معاق وأحتاج إلى ساعة إضافية عندما يغادر، والإجابة هي الرفض أو الدفع. معظم الغرف فارغة أمام عيني.

The location is perfect, the room is cozy. The bed was so comfortable. To add to the experience there was a wedding downstairs. Absolutely, beautiful.
