I am extremely disappointed with this property. After making payment, the booking was never confirmed—even the following day. The hosts do not respond to messages, and their phone is switched off, leaving us stranded in a very difficult situation. To make matters worse, I am still struggling to get my refund. This experience has been stressful and unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking with this property.

The staff were absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was very helpful. Communication was spot on.

Problem at arrival time, no reception and asked us to bring the keys from an other location which let us pay more fees to the taxi

The fact that it was a 5min walk to CTICC where we attended a conference.

During booking something strange occurred. The rental was R 2800.00 on the App then all of a sudden when we do payment it deducted R 3800.00 and the reason was CLEANING. During the visit when we inquire about the matter the landlord he said no we are not cleaning if your stay is less than 7 days and they are so sorry about the deduction. We were not impressed at all because the was no honestly from the on set.
