"Ok, for a one-night stay if you cannot find alternatives. Could be very nice."

Location very good as we were attending the Indaba at the CTICC. The flat itself is very nice and roomy. shops in the building quite nice with a nice breakfast cafe.

the a/c was not working, shower glass door broken and replaced with dingy plastic curtain, shower mosaics damaged and shower area very dirty. the cleanliness in general was not up to standard.

Location

The flat 609 was not in proper conditions. AC not working. The management sent the technician to fix it and after that water was leaking on the floor. I called again the management and nothing was done The toilet ceiling full of mold. The sofa was completely torn up Broken tiles on the floor Don’t recommend it to anyone.

"Sought Management needs to seriously improve their services and responses. Disappointing stay!"

The beds were comfortable the living space was large and airy. Security is good and location is great.

On arrival it took 2 hours to get the key and there was no where to wait. The cooker and microwave didn't work and the bathroom had smelly sewage water leaking for several days. We requested for someone to resolve these issues but they would take days to respond and after multiple requests, and often confused the issues being requested to be resolved. the view is of another building thats under construction. The living room furniture is old and needs upgrade.

"Comfortable apartment and close to waterfront and entertainment places."

Great location, walking distance to most places. Kids loved the swimming pool area.

Microwave was not working and Soughted management didn’t do anything about it despite having reported it. Also there was no cleaning services, we were told they only offer it for free if you book 8 days or more. We were booked for 7 nights

The pool and security services

The information that the room I am booking us private property of which when I encounter problem I would not get help from the property. Secondly the key lock not working a night before my check out. Lastly when I check out within the time frame Winnie was cold nit welcoming.
