Peaceful Condo near the VA Waterfront with views

Property owner's last minute cancelation making us stranded.

Service from start was unbelievably poor. Being shouted at and banging on our door to get out before our day we had to leave

The place was nice and it was great to be there and near to all nearby facilities

Lack of communication between host and was hard to get hold of host to get something fixed that was the down fault that happened not that i was unhappy just the communication should improve

Place is ok its a nice place to be

My check-inn was at 17h00 but i find the key at 21h30, The lady by the name of Winnie was so rude to us and the treatment she gave us was so bad.Imagine waiting more than 4 hours at night with kids knowing no one there. It was not safe for me and my family and she didn't even care about it

The location of the place is literally next to everything. The apartments are also really nice with a nice view also.

I just didn't like that we asked to check in later because of our flights and when we got there, there was no instructions on how to get the keys. We tried calling but the phones were not going through. It was really inconviencing. We eventually got in after a really long time of calls.

Spacious and great location. Winnie was great

The bedding and the mattress were very comfortable. The apartment was close to the convention center. I would definitely recommend this apartment!
