Peaceful Condo near the VA Waterfront with views

The location was perfect, a walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and closer to shops and food outlets

My booking said 601 but I was given 609. The microwave was not working, cutlery was incomplete for the four of us with only one teaspoon, the crockery did not match in size and colour with only two cereal bowls two pots and a rusted frying pan. I informed the host who did nothing about it and only commuted on the day of arrival. There was no cutlery and crockery check list, The main switch kept on tripping, at first we thought the stove and microwave were not working but after switching on the main, the microwave could switch on but could not warm up anything. The coach is torn, and I suggest the booking company could send people from time to time to do the inspection of the properties, more especially the ones with bad reviews.

The location is perfection - exactly where you want to be when working at the CTICC. It's close to the waterfront and an Uber is always one minute away. The host was waiting when we got there and was extremely friendly and helpful, checking we had all that we needed. The security and safety was top-notch and the flat is very quiet.

The guest bathroom has a lot of black mould on the ceiling that needs to be attended to urgently. Some of the glasses in the kitchen had not been cleaned properly. The ensuite bathroom's shower is going to need a plumber soon as it's not draining as quickly as it should. There also seems to be a small toilet leak in the same bathroom.

the host is personable and easy to talk to. ensured my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. definitely going back .

Main bedroom has no key which compromise the privacy. Please please change the couch and the cushions are stinking it is like were being used by the people were don't like to Bath.

The experience was terrible. On arrival we had to find out that the unit was already rented out!!! This meant we had to scurry looking for a alternative place to overnight as well aa struggle to get our money back. Absolute BAD experience

This location is excellent. In the middle of downtown and close to the convention center. Apartment was clean. Only issue is there was no soap in the bathroom so had to buy my own. Also there were nespresso pods but no machnie but there's an excellent cafe downstairs. Would stay here again.
