Overall, the experience was quite positive, rooms are well-equipped, good soundproofing, but don't expect high service at this hotel. On the negative side, each room is connected with a separate WIFI and if there is a problem with the router (as happened to us), even a lot of efforts at the reception were unable to solve it.

I must mention Marita and Amine from the hotel reception—they were very kind and provided excellent service. Overall, our stay was quite good. There is no pool or spa in the hotel, which was a bit disappointing, but the neighboring hotel, which has a connecting door, offers an indoor pool and spa services. The breakfast was also served in that hotel, following the same setup of walking through the connecting door. The staff there was also wonderful. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was weak, so if you experience this issue, I recommend informing one of the staff members immediately. Aside from that, we had a great time!

Top accommodation, top service, superb view, friendly people especially Giorgi. We would recommend this hotel to everybody! Excellent for families with children. The beach is at the other side of the street. Very clean and spacious rooms.

It was a 3 guest stay but there wasn't any pillows or duvet covers for the third person. The staff provided us with clean sheets of though. There was a dirty towel all folded up for our use. Our previous stay was quite nice compared to this time.

The hotel at good location with good service. Very good staff. they offered free late checkout, clean rooms, with kitchen, batroom was big ( no bath) only shower. If you want to find a nice place in Batumi for good price I would recomend this place.

Zunächst das positive: Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück war phänomenal. Negativ: Der Check-in war eine totale Katastrophe! Überforderte Mitarbeiter, zu Recht unzufriedene Kunden, die zum Teil lautstark mit Polizei gedroht haben, da die Mitarbeiter sie unverschämt behandelt haben. Wir haben eine dreiviertel Stunde gewartet, bis wir endlich dran waren! In der Zwischenzeit kamen die ersten Gäste schon wieder zur Rezeption, da Schlüsselkarten nicht funktionierten oder das Zimmer dreckig war. Diese Gäste wurden aufgefordert, sich hinten anzustellen und damit nochmal eine Ewigkeit zu warten! Verständlich, dass es fast zu Ausschreitungen kam! Die Verkehrssituation rund ums Hotel ist katastrophal! Wie überall in Georgien eigentlich, aber man kann nicht einmal in Ruhe seine Koffer ausladen ohne dafür in die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage zu fahren. Alles in allem würden wir das nächste Mal eher eine Unterkunft außerhalb von Batumi wählen und dann mit einem Bolt in die Stadt fahren.
