Property is located in such a wonderful place. There are loads of lovey surrounding walks and stunning views. The house is cozy, quiet and very relaxing. Would highly recommend to any group of family, friends or even just a couple. The house is a real gem.

The cottage had everything we could ever need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We all loved it - even the grandsons.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything worked, we were surrounded in comfort.

Couldn’t use both showers at once as water in one would run cold.

A fantastic, well equipped farmhouse with lovely surroundings. A very relaxing, peaceful 3-day break walking distance to Conwy. Most rooms equipped with Sky TV and very good WiFi speeds close to the kitchen. Great location for exploring Wales by car.

It's not really a complaint, but just to confirm, you have no local food shops within close walking distance. The WiFi coverage could be improved with a mesh system.

Where it was situated, it had everything you required and was very clean . Will look at booking again
