Everything. Location is fabulous, easy access to everywhere, taxi's are reasonable if you don't want to drive. Space for children to play, lots of lovely country walks. Thanks Owen it's been the best.

If you find something to complain about this place you should've just stayed home, it's perfect in every way.

Beautifully well equipped home from home in a stunning setting. Perfect for a completely relaxing holiday. Roads are a little steep and narrow up towards the house but you soon get used to it and the house is well worth the little trek.

Rural location, peace and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation and would wholly recommend it. I travelled with my in-laws and my two small children and all our needs were met. A high chair, cot and stair gate were all provided which was really helpful. The location is a little difficult to find at first but I liked that it was tucked away. The host was incredibly helpful as I had an Asda delivery scheduled to arrive and he was happy to take the call to direct the driver when he got a bit lost! The size of the house was ideal as there was space for my children to explore and play, while I was in the kitchen cooking our dinner and at the same time their Grandpa could catch up on the news in the living room. My daughter loved the Peacocks and the horses near by. Lots of happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!

Location very peaceful but also very near to Conwy and Llandudno. Cottage very comfortable and clean. Well finished, spacious rooms. Lovely modern kitchen. TVs and Sky. Nice modern bathrooms. Sun room

A bit difficult to find on arrival. Roads narrow. Main entrance, stairs, and 2 steps from living room to kitchen not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Amazing home in a great location! every room is perfect, bedrooms are extremely comfy we had a good sleep every night. Everything a family could need in the home from washing machine to easy to use kitchen appliances which made everything so easy for us. beautiful surroundings too our young son loved seeing the horses.

lovely location and good sized rooms throughout!

water pressure wasn’t good if someone was trying to shower in both bathrooms at the same time.
