Ivy cottage is very cute and cosy and perfect for a weekend getaway. The host, Susan, was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process, from sending over directions to the property, to proving a house tour upon arrival, and by suggesting where to shop/recommending the best taxi companiesz

Friendly hosts and lovely comfortable cottage. So much character and charm. Had all you needed - and more: one of the best equipped kitchens that we have seen. Beautiful cottage garden visited by friendly cat. And very comfy beds. A lot of love and thought has been poured into this place. Highly recommended.

Maybe ask the hosts about best place to park. There is plenty of parking on the lane but one of the neighbours (on the LHS) took offence at our parking outside their house and felt the need to leave a note on our car.

"Beautiful, supremely-well catered, homely and comfortable"

Truly gorgeous cottage with every amenity you could ever hope for, and a quaint garden brimming with flowers. We felt immediately like we were at home. Susan gave excellent and clear instructions before arrival, and kindly left us milk, butter and eggs. An impeccable host!

Lovely cottage garden with an outdoor setting to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounds. The conservatory was a great space for shared family time. Good facilities and convenient location to everything.
