IVY COTTAGE

Beautiful well equipped cottage , plenty of space for the whole family, enclosed garden is beautiful to sit and relax.

Our hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. It is a lovely lovely homely cottage with everything you could need. Lots of lovely touches. Beds really comfortable. Great shower. Lovely kitchen. We stayed as a family of 5 for a nearby wedding. It was perfect.

The cottage was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and a real pleasure to sit in. We walked from the cottage and explored the area which was really interesting.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t particularly like.

Lovely quirky country cottage, very much home-from-home in the perfect location for our family get together. Lots of thoughtful touches, especially the beautiful fresh spring flowers to brighten up the winter gloom, and the fridge provisions. The kitchen had absolutely every piece of equipment you could need, it didn't feel like a rental at all. Very friendly and responsive host and we think being able to deal direct with the owner always makes a big difference.

There was no dedicated parking, but we found spaces in the lane outside. Also, we're a tall family (up to 6ft 4") and so had to be aware of the lowish door heights - we hadn't considered this.

Everything! Susan and Peter have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful, from fresh flowers, eggs, milk and butter on arrival to the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever felt! What an absolutely wonderful home from home run by a lovely couple who are so welcoming and accommodating.

Everything is lovely , absolutely nothing to complain about at all . You can’t possibly not like it. Exceptional in my humble opinion.
