Thatched Eaves

The breakfast was outstanding! We were all impressed, including our picky eater children. The breakfast is also in a very beautiful setting, a building which is over 400 years old. We also liked that there was a charger for electric cars.

The hosts where amazing, so helpful from the minute we booked, beautiful breakfast, outstanding hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Thatched Eaves. You can really appreciate how much thought and effort that Alice and Andrew have put into the accommodation and the experience for their guests (including a couple of lively young ones :-)). We had a really comfortable, quiet, well-considered room (the Coach House) and fantastic breakfasts. Alice and Andrew have lots of advice and ideas on what to do in the local area, and are only too happy to do what they can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. We really couldn't have asked for anything more and would really recommend Thatched Eaves as a place to stay to explore the New Forest and beyond.

I think that everyone travelling around this area should try this experience. It’s a really calm paradise. Location, rooms and owners are more than perfect. A big thanks to Alice & Andrews who have built this fantastic place.

The location, the accessibility. Our own little private part of the property The hosts were lovely, the place was clean and spotless. Really high standard of finish in the property. Room service...came back to remade beds and felt like we could ask if we needed anything. Information left for us to read and plenty of great knowledge and places to visit. Loved the themed Alice in Wonderland. Breakfast was amazing! Felt really looked after and was such a nice place to stay.

Honestly could not complain about any of it

Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Gemütliches sauberes Zimmer und eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin, die ein phantastisches Frühstück zelebriert. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es einen guten Pub.

Such a warm welcome upon our arrival, and such a lovely, homely place to stay! Don't think we've ever stayed in another B&B like it! We really felt like nothing was too much trouble for Alice and Andrew. They even - without our knowing - took the trouble of trying to source egg-free croissants at their local supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!
