The location is lovely, fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious with a good range to choose from. The room Ave everything that you could want for a short stay and had lovely local products too.

The sign outside fron the main road was difficult to see in the dark.

An absolutely beautiful property with amazing hosts who really spoil their guests. Everything is designed for the guests comfort and enjoyment. It was spotless and the shower is amazing. The breakfast was lovely and the private balcony with fairy lights is a lovely touch.

Bring mosquito repellant for sitting outside in the summer.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with something for every taste. Homemade, excellent quality and plentiful. The kids loved the pancakes, I loved the fruit platter and the wide variety of choice. Our room was a private little cottage with its own very private patio - we were lucky with the weather so really enjoyed that. The location is really good, a little close to the road but excellent for exploring New Forest, and several nice country pubs nearby. The room was lovely and very comfortable, the bathroom was especially nice. Little treats added that extra touch. We would love to visit again.

The hosts were super kind and helpful. They helped us arrange all the transportation back and forth to the wedding we were visiting, and this wasn’t easy at all since the taxis were super busy. That took so much stress off our shoulders, giving us time to relax and enjoy our stay. We stayed in the coach house which was super nice, with its own padio. Breakfast was also great, à la carte which I prefer to buffet. All and all we were so happy with our stay. Out of all guests of the wedding, I am pretty sure we were the most pleased with our accommodation.
