This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Abode Memphis - Downtown Madison Ave in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property within 24 hours. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. This property features self-check-in only, no front desk or concierge services available. After booking, guests must complete Abode's online check-in process. This includes electronically signing a rental agreement via a secure link, which must be submitted within 24 hours of the reservation. The link will also collect details about the stay and verify guests identity. For same-day bookings, the processing time may take up to 2 hours. Guests residing in the same city may require special approval to accommodate the stay. Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card verification (photo of the card and confirmation of a test amount) before being approved for check-in. Virtual Cards are not accepted. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card

"Location good but booking agent dreadful!"

The location was good.

Poorly equipped and not very clean. Difficult and complicated entry into the property - luckily the building security guy was lovely and helpful. Was also accused by the booking agent - Abode - of being noisy (they have noise sensors in and around the apartment!) and in spite of providing video evidence that it was coming from the apartment next door, they still took the $500 deposit from my card. I did get this back eventually but was distressed I didn’t need whilst on vacation!

"Convenient spot for seeing the sights of Memphis."

Fantastic location, easily walking distance to everything there is to see in Memphis. Spacious and comfortable

The access is difficult. The main call pad out on the street is in no logical order which leaves you standing out in the heat scrolling endlessly through the list, the kind staff in the end let us in and up the elevator so we could access the room and get the card for the lift and front door. The fan in the bathroom is so loud and the shower could do with a spruce, ceiling was peeling and grout was mouldy

The security

No TV in the bedroom. Having to pay extra for parking. Room not ready at 4 o'clock. No face to face communication.

"Memphis Abode "

My stay overall was excellent! This is my second time staying at this location. Great access to downtown and convention center where my I attended my Convention. On this stay, I had some issues with the poorly upkeep of my unit. I reported it and immediately the issue was looked into and I was relocated by the next day. Thanks to Abode and their attiveness to assuring excellent customer service. I will recommend staying at this location and I would book here again if my travels brings me back to Memphis.

"Apartment was lovely but the hosts were the opposite"

Communication was poor… stayed on the phone listening to music for 38 minutes before the call was dropped.. gave up in the end

Bed was broken… attitude of the hosts was very poor

Location

There were no two bathrooms. It was just one and a half, and there was no two bedrooms description was incorrect. I expected to have two bathrooms full and two bedrooms full.
