Rooms were large, great location great price!!

Everything was great. We were amazed at how beautiful the home was. We even considered living in something like that if we were to move to Memphis.

Just wish the dryer was better and disliked having to pay $35 separately for parking per day. Considering My family and I were there a full week.

My sister and I stayed here 3 nights with our mom who doesn’t get around the best anymore. It was a little hassle getting into the apartment but we lucked out and got a parking place on the street in front of the building when we arrived. You can pay for the parking via your cell phone. The code, door and elevator with a timeframe trying to get all the bags in was a struggle but once that part is over it is easy peasy. There are key cards in the apartment to use for your stay that allow you to just hold your bag (with the key inside) near the pad by the door for opening. We had 3 bedrooms which was great for everyone to have some space when they needed it but then could gather in the living room or kitchen and be together. We walked to Gus’s chicken which was fantastic and also along the river. Safe area and good location. Also loved that they left a list of recommended restaurants and bars with description- always nice to have a locals perspective. This property is great for groups traveling together. Could walk many places ( Beale, pyramid, Peabody) if you are a little fit. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.

Needed to shampoo carpet and basic maintenance of unit.

Very clean and luxurious bathtub is huge and the most comfortable tub I’ve been in in awhile. The entrance is very clean and beautiful with marble the elevators were clean and I like that only people with a key fob or code could use the elevator to go up but also to get into the front doors a code or fob is needed. The staff are amazing I was having some problems with my debit card and wasn’t able to use it for the security deposit but I was able to use another card so they dealt with me for several hours to help get our booking perfect.

The property is literally immaculate the only thing I didn’t like is that the refundable security deposit wasn’t easier seen. Had I known about that I would have tried something a little more affordable in that moment. The other thing is they hold the security deposit for up to 7 days and that seems a little lengthy to me. Especially when traveling on a budget. I think one is def a must to protect the property owner but I feel like the room should be inspected and hold released a little quicker.

The recommended parking garage was horrible. We often had to walk down four to five flights of stairs due to the elevator not working. The location of the property is directly across the street from the garage however the experience with parking made our stay less enjoyable.

Wednesday breakfast was not good we eat at Sam's on Main Street Thursday, Friday breakfast was excellent. We ate at the Aracade.
