This hotel is well-managed and was in better condition, and cleaner than the upscale hotel we stayed in at Santa Fe. Our room was spotless, and so was the rest of the hotel. Shower pressure was great and the water very hot. Great location if you plan to visit Carlsbad Caverns!

Nice clean place to stay.

We were there with our three kids. If you have travelled with three kids, you know the worst part is sharing a bathroom with them. The bathroom started out very clean, and there were plenty of towels. We had two beds and a pull-out couch, and there was generally enough space. If you want to cook, the front desk will give you a hot plate; we ultimately chose not to cook, but the kitchen part had most basic equipment. The shower had the shampoo, conditioner, and soap on the wall, so if your kid forgets theirs, you don't have to worry about them using too much.

My stay was great and enjoyed the patio to sit outside and have a few drinks. My only dislike was the bed bc it seemed a little hard. I know can’t make everyone happy but I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check in and check out. Our second time of stay here when we are in Carlsbad because we just like this hotel very much. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast very good and coffeee too. Room is very clean. Staff are very nice. Great place to stay. Easy 5 stars

Worst customer service experience I have ever had with Hilton in 10+ years of traveling with them. General manager has a serious lack of people skills. There are much better hotels in the area for the money. Don't be shocked when things are added to you bill unexpectedly.
