Location, room was large and had all the needed amenities. Staff was exceptional, friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was a bit sparse. Even though we went I. The middle of the breakfast time several items were empty already.

"Good hotel for early flights"

This was our second stay here the night before an early flight out of CLT. The room was nice. Lovely smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap. Breakfast was good, there were nice options. Our only issue is the air-conditioner in the room. It cycles on and off so it's either chilly while it's on and then once it stops it gets warm until it cycles back on. It's not a show stopper for us but annoying.
