"Very Grateful"

The entire staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast Service) were very friendly and polite! We travel and use hotels sometimes for business or personal travel. This particular trip was for a family funeral. This location (Belmont/Charlotte NC) was staffed with such a nice crew! You don't always see or get this high level of service (whether same chain or not). Keep up the great work and please pass on to the entire staff we much appreciated and enjoyed them!

"Convenient, clean, fine."

Location was excellent for our purposes. The breakfast was fine. The shower was excellent. The absence of a chair in the room was a little disappointing. But overall, fine.

I dont remember the last time I was in ANY hotel room that had absolutely NOTHING on the walls. It gave the room an institutional feel. But hey, its a Fairfield. Bare bones, but THAT bare?

Our bathroom door was too large for the door frame- you literally had to push hard to close, with a loud noise. No microwave
