One night stay for a youth event. I arrived to dirty bed sheets. I notified the front desk and emailed photos, but never received a response. I'd hope this is an isolated incident, but I find it unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was ok.

Front desk during the day is really good and helpful. Rooms are ok depending on which room you are in but can be better. AC in the summer is important but doesn’t work very well as sometimes it’s very hot. Only one functioning treadmill and elliptical. The others have been broken since late last year and it appears no attempt is being made to fix them. The gym especially the equipments can use a very good cleaning.
