Great stay

Before we were to check in, we were at Beef and Boards for a performance of "Jersey Boys." Before the performance began, my daughter was hit in the head with a heavy coffee pot by a server on the tier above us. Coffee was spilled on her, on me, on the table, and glassware was broken. 911 was called, she was taken to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis by ambulance, and was treated for a concussion. After we arrived at the hotel, we decided that returning home was the best option so we left. We explained the situation to the desk clerk and she made a note of it on our file. She said she couldn't do anything about returning the cost of the room to us since we made the reservation through Booking.com. While I understand that we did check in, my daughter took a nap on the bed, I read while she was napping (and sat on the couch), we used the bathroom, and then decided to check out and return home where she would be closer to our local doctors and hospital if needed.

Really clean. Nice large rooms

The room was newly constructed and the breakfast was good. It looked like it was decorated by IKEA.

Her see t faculty. The staff is friendly and professional. Our room was immaculate.
