Hotel is clean and rooms are good sized with refrigerator in the room. The staff here have been friendly and nothing but accommodating to us for our stay. I have to give an extra shout out to Josh for helping this cheer mom with 0500 am coffee needs!

It was nice

When we got there, there were no keys because the key thing was broke. So we went to dinner and when we came back, there still was no keys. He was giving out the master key to people to get into their rooms. So he had to call a room to find out where the master key was. We had to wait and wait for key. He gave us the master key and then we took it back down right away. We were not happy that that key could get in any room and we were given it. it did not make us feel safe. So then at 9:30 at night the phone rings which wakes up our little girl. And he didn't answer then he called us again and wanted to know if we had the master key. Which made us feel very unsafe again to know that someone had the master key. And remember that breakfast does NOT go with the room price. We were not happy with our stay.

I travel with an extra large dog and the hotel was very pet-friendly. There is a well-equipped green space and the area is walkable. The room was nice. Simple and well equipped too. The hot breakfast items were no good. Cracker Barrell and ihop are right across the street though. I enjoyed my stay there.

What an awesome experience! My husband and I were on our way to Arkansas and after a long drive we needed a place to stay. We arrived at Home 2 Suites just before midnight, after seeing their marquis from the road. Josh was at the front desk to greet us, and although we didn’t have a reservation, he quickly found us a room for the night. Josh recognized me at check-in as a Hilton Honors member and shared a gift bag of water and snacks. Thanks again for the great customer service Josh! We enjoy staying at Hilton hotels, and this facility didn’t let us down. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The full size kitchenette fridge was a bonus, providing a place to store a few of our groceries and freezer items. After a great night sleep, we recharged the next morning with a delicious complimentary breakfast in the front lobby. The fresh coffee, toast and assortment of goodies hit the spot. If your travels take you near Indianapolis, stop in at Home 2 Suites by Hilton and tell Josh, Sarah and Doug sent you.

Josh at the front desk was very welcome and professional. The gym was clean, lobby and amenities were great as well. The room was great will visit again soon. The area was secure and clean as well. I felt comfortable the entire stay and also enjoyed the restrooms

Clean! Nice, friendly staff and the breakfast food was actually really good!

The room was a great setup. Had an kitchenette with dishwasher even. Control of the water temperature was impressive . Pet friendly was a plus to do.
