The breakfast experience on the 9th floor at MC was truly amazing.The food was served directly to the table,the panoramic ocean view was stunning,and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly Hanh-Khang-Lam-Nhi especially deserved high praise.

This is the best resort on Phu Quoc. The property is maintained very well. Everything here is clean. The rooms were daily cleaned. The property isn't loud, it has a laid back atmosphere. This property has all the amenities needed. It is family friendly with a lot of options for kids activities throughout the week. The food and restaurant is perfect. The staff are very nice and welcoming. All areas of the resort from maintenance, kitchen worker, bar tenders, life guards, clean up crew, were all perfect. They work very hard. But always smile and eager to help you. The lead was amazing. Her name is Trang. Her English is great. She does an excellent job of watching out for you. She would always check on us and accommodated all our needs. The rest of her staff Khang, Hoa, Ngan, Nam, Hoai, Tran were fabulous. If you book this resort, make sure you talk with Trang. She is the starting point. She will oversee your stay and ensure you have an amazing time. We felt like she was too good to be true.

Pullman Phu Quoc stands out for its warm staff, clean white beach, beautiful pools, spacious comfy rooms, and a breakfast that many guests call exceptional. The resort feels polished yet relaxed, with restaurant views and attentive service that make an island stay feel easy, welcoming, and quietly memorable.

We moved here after a poor stay elsewhere in Phu Quoc and we had the best experience. The staff were fantastic and the rooms and restaurants were amazing. As Diamond Accor member we had access to the connectivity lounge and while not a full executive lounge was terrific for an hour of drinks and canapés. The pool and private beach were both beautiful and clean with activities for the grandkids. We had the best massages ever in the spa and really loved our stay at the resort. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort 🤍 The atmosphere was truly 10/10, such a relaxing and luxurious vibe from the moment you arrive. The food was amazing, the pool area beautiful, and every part of the resort felt so well designed and peaceful. A special thank you to Lac, who was honestly the cutest and one of the friendliest staff members we met during our stay. So lovely, welcoming, and always making sure we had the best experience possible ✨ Would definitely love to come back again!

Went here for a nice relaxing break and it more than what we expected. The private beach was nice. And the staff where really nice and accommodating. Especially the staff in the Huong Spa, thank you Loan and Tham for the amazing massage.
