Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

The resort is solid, breakfast buffet was epic and went on for what felt like miles, very good variety. The rooms feel a bit like they need a deep clean, ours smelt quite musty like there was mould in the aircon or something, the floor could do with s proper deep clean as they looked like they have years of cooked in grime. Service was overall good.

Luxury to the core. Once you enter you can feel the aroma and the youthness of the hotel. You enter a large lobby with amazing and signature pullman fragrance. A quick unique welcome drink and a smooth check in form to land us in one of the best types of room. Room is a little unique with stone tub and like in many pullman properties a separate washroom and bathing section. The room is quite large in size with ample seating arrangements with a sofa corner. All rooms face a large swimming arena with beautifully decorated shacks all over. Move a little towards the private beach you will find a water kids play area too. All the sections are very well managed and atheistically beautified. The buffets section is amazing - a lot of fruits and vegetables to choose from. The staff is very helpful and provides tou multiples PURE VEG options. The Fully loaded PANNER SANDWICH was something which blew our mind. Overall the property simply makes you feel like a king.

Hotel building,Passage to my room, room was not like star hotel room, food quality was worst specially Indian food,Indian food was worst I ever had, I think Indian food was prepared by Vietnamese chef, we don’t expect this worst quality food from a star hotel very bad experience

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and seamless check‑in set the tone for a truly luxurious experience. The resort’s design blends modern elegance with tropical charm, and every corner feels like it was made for both relaxation and family fun. Our spacious room offered breathtaking pool views surrounded by emaculate garden, and the thoughtful touches—like kid‑friendly amenities—made us feel right at home. The highlight for our children was the kids’ club ,splash pool and pool area, where they spent hours playing under the attentive care of the staff. Dining was another standout: from the lavish breakfast buffet which was a mix of local, Asian & western spread to the fresh seafood dinners, every meal was a delight. What truly sets Pullman apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond, making sure our family’s needs were met with genuine smiles and professionalism. Whether it was arranging activities, recommending local spots, or simply checking in on us, their hospitality was second to none. Another really great service was the free shuttle to the night markets, sunset town and also the airport. Pullman Resort Phu Quoc gave us the perfect balance of family adventure and serene relaxation. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommended for families seeking both luxury and fun on this stunning island!

Very impressive experience at Pullman Phu Quoc. Staffs went above and beyond to carter our need. Staffs help me to jump start my car even it is not their responsibility. One of the best resort experiences I ever had. Room is very clean. Great pool and great breakfast.
