Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort

Came for the pool… somehow stayed all day drinking 😂 Big shoutout to Loc, Canh, Cuong, Su and Ngoc for being absolute legends. Super fun, friendly and chaotic in the best way possible. Honestly felt like drinking with friends instead of bar staff. 10/10 would happily lose track of time here again.

Our staycation at Pullman Phu Quoc was truly wonderful. From the day we arrived, the staff were helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Although the weather was rainy during our stay, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort. As a platinum accor member , We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, the evening cocktails at the lounge were excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, our experience was outstanding. My wife and I had a great time and will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic Anniversary dinner at Beach House Pullman resort in Phu Quoc Hang went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable. Her presence, understanding, recommendations, chat and all round generosity were amazing.. 5 stars all day long .. thankyou for an enjoyable evening.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel from 29/5-2/6 /26. Everything and everyone working in this hotel should be congratulated. They have shown me their excellence and professionalism in running a first class hotel and we are very satisfied from room to FnB section. Their services exceed my expectations and I challenge othe 5 star hotel to emulate. Overall very happy with my stay and thank you very much for hosting us.

We booked two family suits for 7 of us for our family trip of 5 days. We had a great time. The Pullman team took good care of us. The suits and the hotel facilities were super for the price! Our booking came with lots of extra credits for drinks and light snacks in the hotel. Free airport, city center and Sunset Beach shuttles services. There was even a Pullman staff at the airport to help us checking in our luggage after we got off the shuttle bus. Really felt well taken care of. We were impressed 😁

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights with a sea view room, we had breakfast at Mad Cow restaurant on the last day before checking out. Breakfast is served very attentively, delicious food, friendly staff Hanh-Lam-Khang-Giau thank you for your warmth. I will come back.

Good experience at beach house. The staff Thai, Kieu, Vu are friendly and helpful.

The resort is solid, breakfast buffet was epic and went on for what felt like miles, very good variety. The rooms feel a bit like they need a deep clean, ours smelt quite musty like there was mould in the aircon or something, the floor could do with s proper deep clean as they looked like they have years of cooked in grime. Service was overall good.
