From arrival to departure, I received an excellent welcome from Mr. Nguyen (Ty Em), the Guest Relations Officer. He was incredibly warm and friendly. In fact, I loved all of the staff members here; they are very nice, professional, highly motivated, and attentive. The hotel features beautiful modern decor, and I stayed in a wonderful, quiet, and spacious room. Overall, the entire atmosphere was absolutely perfect, We will come back again.

Great pool A lot of activities for the kids Nice beach A lot of space and very peaceful considering the size. Liked having the option to pay deposit or pay as you go on extras.

Did not like the design of our garden view room. Clearly not for a family of 4 but even if I was staying in with just my wife I would not like. Having the bathroom all open and the bath dominating the space makes it all very impractical. Tend to prefer privacy when using the toilet Gym was very limited but a nice space
