全体的に綺麗で朝食もついて宿泊代が安いので良かったです。すすきの駅、札幌の大通公園など近く、立地条件が良く申し分ないです。またご利用したいと思います。

朝9：00まで利用できる温泉大浴場は少しぬるめの温度で私的には高めが好きなので少し残念でしたが堪能しました。朝食はスープカレーがあり満足しました。マンボウ期間中、到着が夜9：00を回ってしまい1日目の夕食がコンビニ弁当だった他は北海道の海鮮を楽しめました。

1. good location next to subway Susukino station by 2 mins 2. taste of free breakfast is not good 3. spa at 1/F is very nice 4. coin laundry machine 5. car park is reserved in advance. 6. quiet room for sleeping well 7. 5 mins by walk to Susukino dinning and shopping area 8. 10 seconds by walk to to Toyota car rental shop 9. Hotel must not arrange double deck bed to couple and feel pressure on the bed.

The location of the hotel is fine and the reception staff are friendly. However, the room is too dark and the bed is not comfortable. Although the hotel mentions that the darkness helps customers falling asleep easily , the pillow offered by the hotel is too hard and not comfortable. The hotel offers several types of pillow on the first floor , but no high quality pillows are offered. Apart from those mentioned above , the room fare is extremely cheap according to Japan’s living standard , which is attractive for travelers with limited budget.

i was back to Sapporo this time and again long stay for 10 nights but it's bad that it's was renovation it's bit noisy and breakfast area are under renovation and they serve breakfast set instead well but they have Lawson minimart just right at the corner by 2 mins walking

i went to Sapporo with my family just for 10 days and the hotel have everything On-sen and service are very good , location are very close to susukino where i can find a good stuff for shopping and many restaurant near by within walking distance but one thing i don't like cause the room smell always like smoking room. for sure i will go back :)

I stayed here two nights, Dec. 22-23, after having a good experience at Super Hotels in other cities. This one was dreadful. The onsen was filthy--while I was there a little boy pee-ed in it. Ugh. There is one tiny elevator and when everyone is trying to check out with luggage at the same time, you will need to wait for quite a long time. Same issue with the breakfast area. It is just too small for the number of people they cram into the hotel. When I was there, they were telling people to eat in their rooms. Where??? There are far better cheap chains than this one--Toyoko Inn, Dormy Inn, etc.

Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Hosui Suskino tube station and just around the corner from the Sapporo Snow Festival venue. A good budget hotel as long as you do not have too much luggage as rooms are highly efficient (tiny) but comfortable.

Located only 3 stops from JR station by subway. From exit 7, walk 2 minutes Hotel reception do speak English. Here is the small hotel that offered the very good price for room charge at about 7000-8000 ¥ with breakfast for 2 person. The room is a bit tight but fit for 2 of you to sleep pretty well with the clean soft bed, blanket, pillow. Hotel offered a selective pillow which you can choose and pickup from shelves next to reception. Wifi provided in room and it is fast. Hot spring bathroom also provide from time to time for men and women. Breakfast serve hot soup, bread, salad, rice, fish, chicken, egg, hot&scold drink. Thanks to the kindliness of the hotel for give a free warming bag for guests who need in the snowy cold day. Hotel also provide the smoking room, choose it when you do booking. And ask the reception when checkin not to give the room with bunk bed for the only 2 of you. Booking this hotel will never get under expectation either whatever facilities the provide and the room rate that charge. I love this hotel..
