Awesome property!

The property was great and the staff. However I always pay their Expedia but was not positive we were going to make so I elected to pay upon arrival. Gave them my credit card. The stay was to be $1201.08. When we checked out o asked for an Itemized bill but they said it was unavailable and they would send it. They have never sent it and they charged my American Express over $2900.00. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company, I am not happy.

We returned to Hilton La Pacifica after having an unforgettable honeymoon experience here two years ago, excited to celebrate our anniversary. On our first visit, the service was impeccable—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Sadly, this time around, it was clear that things have changed, and not for the better. The most noticeable difference was the cost-cutting. The handmade tortillas we loved so much are no longer available, and the breakfast buffet, which was once abundant, is now about half the size. There were also fewer exercise classes offered, and overall prices for everything have gone up. Disappointingly, the convenient app they used to have for booking cabanas and other services is no longer available, making planning a bit more cumbersome. We opted for the all inclusive meal plan, which is $170 per person, plus 16% tax and 15% gratuity, only to find multiple instances where staff seemed unhappy that there was no additional tip. One incident that stood out was with an employee named Guadalupe at Mio restaurant, who, when taking our check, explicitly shook his head in front of us, making it clear he was displeased. It felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, there have been multiple instances of orders being forgotten, and we’re only on our second day of a five-day stay. Whether it was drinks or food, our requests were repeatedly missed. We even witnessed another guest at a nearby table frustrated because his sake order had been forgotten as well. These consistent service lapses detracted from what should have been a special occasion. The service across all the restaurants was very slow, and it appeared that the staff lacked the same level of training and attentiveness we experienced previously. Overall, while we cherished our first visit, it seems that Hilton La Pacifica has lost its charm and high standards, which left us feeling underwhelmed this time around. Unfortunately we’re not sure we’d return.

Wonderful stay,exceeded my expectations! Best place to stay and relax in Cabo. Professional staff and respectful guests. Big respect to Adalid ,the staff for Talavera restaurant. Loved every moment at this resort. Thank you!

The resort was beautiful, but only a couple restaurants for dinner, pool water was soooooo warm, breakfast wasn’t all that, I would never go there again ,

Its a Hilton!! Everything was lovely. Many pools, bars and restaurants. Service was exceptional. Our room was lovely. I would return!! Did not appreciate someone trying to sell me a time share at my arrival but we easily escaped!!

Amazing! This hotel has beautiful views of the ocean depending on your room. We had the king ocean view suite and have no complaints about the room. The room is Very clean and the hotel house keeping and guests service is excellent! We plan on bringing the kids back to enjoy this resort with the entire family. It’s not an all inclusive but still worth the trip!

If relaxation is what you are looking for this a good place to visit. The staff was very nice and hospitable. We encountered no real issues with anything. The suite were also amazing. Of course like many of the other post here, it is a little pricey. We did a six day stay…. On two different reservations. The first one we paid the all inclusive fee. For us it was worth it because we had drinks all day. The breakfast was delicious and best meal served at the resort restaurant ( in our opinion). The last three days we did excursions. No other resorts or restaurants were in walking distance. But taxis and Ubers were available quickly. We did take the Uber to San Lucas. That is where all of the night life was/is.It was about a 20 minute drive from the resort. Recommendation/con: “BE PREPARED FOR THE MOB AT THE AIRPORT” I’m surprised that there isn’t more mentioned on this. Get transportation to the hotel was a total nightmare. There were at least 10 different vendors trying to sell excursions even after we told them we only looking for transportation. At the least they were very persistent. We traveled to several other of the islands which pose a similar experience. But, this one… Getting back to the airport was simple. There were plenty of taxis and Ubers available.
