Hilton Grand Vacations Club La Pacifica Los Cabos

My wife and I stayed at this resort from November 5th through the 9th. We had a GREAT time while there. The hotel was beautiful, well appointed and lacked nothing. Our room was likewise. The amenities were numerous and easily accessible, the restaurants had excellent food and drink and the staff throughout the resort saw to our every desire without hesitation. However, I would be remiss if I didn't single out one individual staff member who really went out of her way to make our stay extra memorable. Her name is Rosa and she is a concierge at the hotel. We continually sought her assistance and advice on sights to see, restaurants to go to (both at the hotel and off site) and things to do during our stay. No request of ours was too small for her to undertake. She never failed to give us superb advice. On one occasion she attempted to get us a reservation at a fully booked restaurant and when that was unavailable, she suggested another location which she booked for us. I don't know how good the restaurant we didn't go to was, but the one she suggested turned out to be the BEST on out trip. While the Hilton, La Pacifica resort is a 5 Star location, Rosa is a 10 Star employee there!

Loved the staff, rooms, ambiance. Dining was ok but expensive. Pretty much trapped in the resort although it's a massive beach and we didn't have time to explore the other resorts. Would stay there again but would also like a place closer to town.

Loved the whole experience of staying at such a lovely hotel. The Staff was amazing, quality of food was top notch and the whole property was just so beautiful--it definitely catered to helping people relax and enjoy every aspect of their stay. We would recommend this place and would love to come back again! 5/5!~

Great resort and great service. I would return again. Only negative (although minor) was the fitness area was way too small for resort size.

A great overall experience in Los Cabos! What stood out: - great room and amenities - really comfortable bed and pillows - fantastic views - great gym - fantastic staff - Vela restaurant- dined here twice. Some of the best breads I’ve ever had! True gourmet experience with food - drinks - wine and tequilas! We celebrated my wife’s birthday here and Fernando- Eduardo and Rosarie made for an amazing night!! Great job Hilton in creating a very memorable experience!!

It was an amazing experience. The facilities were great (including the amazing pool), and the beach was one of the most beautiful we've been to (better than the Caribbean for both of us). The staff was overall great. Shout out to manager Alfredo Pichardini and Emils Brencs, who were both super helpful. Things that could've been better: The staff in the reception area were a bit curt to us, but probably because they just had a lot of work. We would go back to this hotel.
