Excellent resort. The fabulous staff throughout, including the bars, restaurants, pools, housekeeping, etc. was outstanding. We have NO complaints for our entire 10 days! We've been here for 3 days now. Previously I read the reviews. Stating all-inclusive package expensive, or food expensive. This is true, but if you enjoy holiday drinks. We'll worth it, and the food is the best of any resort we've been too. All employees are the best. We will be back. All around amazing. Only negative is closed ares for weddings, but they need they're $ too.

Stayed in the HGVC partial ocean view ground floor Got there the evening of the 13th - every single night that we have been here there has been an event closing down the pool area right outside the room loud music every single night for the last 3 nights 2 small coffees 2 apples and. 2 waters $34 Breakfast Buffett $40 each all inclusive meal and drink plan $190 per person per day Whilst the staff are super courteous the concierge are not the constant events right outside your window every single goddamn night is annoying and because the pool is shut that is specifically for HGVC owners the other pools are full and it is hard to find a lounger Recently diagnosed with inoperable brain aneurysms decided to take a quiet vacation to relax and come to terms with it So thanks Hilton for completely ruining our vacation 😡😡😡 Avoid this place like the plague - it is an event center 100% and not a relaxing resort away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Cabos - noisy and overpriced and they take advantage of HGVC owners

Beautiful property, beautiful room, and beautiful views. We did not do the AI package. Stayed for only 3 nights. Took an Uber to Fresko with the 13 year old and we shopped for food. Wife and I had a dinner one evening at Talavera - delicious. Other than that we had snacks at the pool or made our own food. Food is pricey, but delicious. Staff was great. One thing I did not like was the lounge chair hoarding. I appreciate that some location don’t allow this, but no one seemed to care here. Chairs would be “claimed” by 6AM and no one would come down to them until 11AM. That said, we always found chairs, but still. Best part was pools being open 24 hours! Ventured to both San Lucas (for SCUBA diving) and San Jose (for dinner and being touristy). Highly recommend Ubers as they are MUCH less expensive than having the bellmen call taxis for you. A great stay. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room with a balcony and a full ocean view. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful inside and out. The view of the ocean from the restaurants is outstanding. One day at lunch we saw whales surfacing and blowing out water and air. We ate in most of the restaurants and the food was delicious in each one. The service at the restaurants was superb. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day. Soap, towels, and coffee were replenished and two new bottles of water were left each day. Check in and check out were quick and easy. On our second night we signed up for the AGAVE DINNER. As it turned out we were the only ones signed up that evening. Esther and Jose were our hosts for the dinner. The dinner was located in the La Biblioteca part of the lobby restaurant and was very private. The dinner consists of five courses with a different drink with each course. Jose is an expert on Tequila and explained how the Agave plant is grown and the different types of Tequila is made from it. Tequila was served with the first and last course. We could choose from three different types of Tequila with the food. The second, third, and fourth courses were each served with a different wine. Esther was the expert for the wines explaining where in Mexico it came from and how it was made. Each wine was perfect for the course being served. In our conversation with Esther we mentioned we were Bourbon drinkers. At the end of the dinner she brought us a shot of Mexican bourbon at no cost. A perfect ending to a a perfect dinner. We will be returning to this beautiful resort soon.

The HGVC La Pacifica was good. Easy check in. They badger you to do your renewal timeshare tour. I chose not to go on the renewal tour even after the $250 credit and being asked 4 times, with calls to the room. It was SOOOOO NICE to enjoy the vacation without any business decisions. The property is stunning. With a beautiful ocean view, the landscaping was lovely and clean. The staff were always delightful. We were here in February, when the humpbacks were EVERYWHERE. You would see 20-30 whales 50 yards off the shoreline, and see them miles out. Great sunrise coffee time, in the hot tub, watching the whales - most mornings encompassed this. As for the beach, the sand isn't super soft, more rocky/pebbles. A lot of events at this resort. Every day of our 7 days there was always a wedding or corporate event on the beach. Sadly, we didn't enjoy the entire resort as parts of the resort were often closed off for these events, including the pools. Between their setup for events, or tear down for events, there were usually blocked off areas. Some nights, you had a private party outside your balcony or patio with music til 10-11pm. Some weddings had fireworks that usually launched around 6:30-8:30pm. Fun to watch and enjoy. There's a family pool, community pool for the hotel and owners, and an adults-only pool which often filled up fast in the early mornings. There were two hot tubs, which were usually occupied 24-7. The pools never closed, except for events. We didn't eat at the restaurants, but we heard decent things. The first thing everyone shared was that they were expensive. A can of Model was $10. I highly recommend pit-stopping at a grocery store to pick up some personal beverages to save yourself some money. We rented a car - parking is free. They also have Valet, which is free; they expect tips for this service. We self-parked with 30 or so parking stalls. Never an issue or concern. We didn't ever see beachside massages, but noted they were spendy. We didn't book any excursions through the resort either as we found several great deals and specials online before our arrival. The pools had reservation chairs or cabanas that you can rent for a prime location & view. Plenty of open seating though without reservations.

This Hilton Grand Vacation property is the nicest one that we go to. This is our fourth trip here. The staff is wonderful, especially Mateo and Frank who work at the Talavera restaurant. Ask for Mateo or Frank when you go. They go far beyond your normal wait staff.
