From the well-appointed lobby and public areas to the sweeping views of the ocean from the pools, this property will delight visitors with the beauty of the Cabo area. Attention to the detail of design and beauty is evident throughout the property. Located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo excursions to either are easy to arrange, if you decide to leave the property at all. The property offers multiple restaurants and bars (including two swim-up bars), pools for families and a serenity area for adults wanting a more quiet experience. During season the expansive views for whale watching and to see sea turtles wander onto land to lay eggs. The staff is very attentive with almost all speaking Spanish and English and a large number speaking other languages. No need to get up or move from your place in the shade or sun, when you want something from the bar or a meal. Most of the rooms either have forward facing or angled facing rooms to the ocean providing views from the room or patio/balcony. This is not a party location and is geared to couples and families who want a relaxed and luxurious experience. Cabanas and loungers located within the pool are available for rent for those wanting a nicer experience. If your seeking luxury and a relaxing experience in Cabo, this is a place for you. #stayvacationed

Beautiful property. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Multiple stairs but elevators were available except for beach access.

I can’t speak for anything about the timeshare aspect of the resort, but the Hilton property is beautiful. Beautiful rooms with incredible ocean views, beautiful infinity pools, swim up bars, an amazing beach (we went in July, as per the staff go in whale-watching season and the whales swim right up close to the shore). The restaurants were very nice. The food was very expensive as others have noted but it was all really good, tasty and high quality. Cheap good food is the best (won’t find it here) but at least next best is expensive good food. Most of all, if you’ve not been to Mexico before, you will leave with an appreciation for the Mexican people who are unbelievably friendly and helpful, even in our current political climate. The staff, every single one we came across, were so attentive, warm and friendly, can’t say enough about them all. We’re coming back for whale watching season!

Great service and hospitality. The beach views are beautiful and full of tranquility. Head down to the private beach and grab a drink at the bar. Grab a drink in a coconut, you’ll be so refreshed and relaxed. Ask for Alberto! His the best and so attentive.

My wife and I booked a three-night marketing package at Hilton Los Cabos to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. We received a discounted rate in exchange for attending a short timeshare presentation. The timeshare presentation was a full-day, high-pressure sales pitch. It began at 11:45 a.m. and dragged on until dinner time. We literally did nothing else that day. We were shown a series of charts and numbers, and pressured repeatedly as we tried to say no. Eventually, we buckled under the pressure and purchased the smallest package offered to us. We now see this as a huge financial mistake for four reasons: 1. Limited availability: We were told we could book across many desirable HGV properties. In practice, it’s nearly impossible to find availability in the places and dates we want. 2. Rising maintenance fees: Our contract said that annual fees would be $1,418. The actual fees we’ve paid have been far higher: - 2021: $1,800.63 - 2022: $3,236.07 (we got two maintenance fee bills that year – $1,614.12 [Mar] + $1,621.95 [Nov]) - 2022: $1,908.42 - 2024: $2,144.55 In total, we have paid $9,089.67 in fees in just four years (an average of $2,272.42 per year which is way more than the $1,418 we were promised). 3. No financial advantage: We like using our points to stay in New York City — however, they don’t go very far. We can only afford to book in the off-season, and only for 5 days (vs, the 7 we thought we were buying). What hurts is that the out-of-pocket cost of those stays (what we would have paid to book directly with the hotel) is nearly equivalent to what we pay in maintenance fees. Thus, there’s no real “savings” — just prepayment for inflexible dates. 4. Customer service is virtually inaccessible: It’s incredibly difficult to reach a real person at Hilton Grand Vacations. Their customer service number isn’t easy to find, and they’re closed on weekends, when most people have time to deal with these issues. The bottom line is that we feel trapped in an expensive, long-term contract with rising annual fees, limited options, and no clear way out. What was sold to us as a “flexible vacation solution” has become a financial and emotional burden. We would never recommend this timeshare to others.

I came here with my mother for a “start to summer 2025” trip as a school teacher and HGVMax owner looking for a quick Open Season booking. With a heavily discounted rate of around $120 a night we booked a studio premiere plus (which, from what I could tell, provides you a regular studio room - maybe a tad bigger - but on the top floor with a floor, direct ocean view). From arrival, we were floored with the staff’s hospitality. Check in was smooth and our view from the room was incredible. Since we were only staying 3 nights we did not opt for the all-inclusive (after tax/service charge runs ~$225 per person per day) package BUT I plan on returning in some months and *highly* recommend that option based on the prices. Nothing was outrageously expensive but for a high end resort, what can you expect. As long as you drank … 4-6 drinks a day minimum, between that and 3 meals a day, it would easily be worth the all-inclusive price. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, everything impeccably clean (I believe it is only 2 years old which explains a lot), and the staff are phenomenal. We went to unlimited taco Tuesday dinner for around $50pp and it was incredible with live music. Our last night we booked the private dinner w/ wine/agave pairings in La Biblioteca - Rodolfo our server and Max our agave instructor were fantastic, we had such a fun time and for the amount of food/drink the ~$140 per person was very much worth the price! I would recommend this resort without reservation and if you like drinks/food definitely just go for the all-inclusive! We will be back VERY soon.

Highly recommend, the resort is large with several pool options. There is a family section and adult only pool area as well. Service, food is great with direct access to the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with ocean views. Would definitely return to this resort.
