Hilton Grand Vacations Club La Pacifica Los Cabos

We stayed in the grand vacations and had a room that faced the water. We absolutely love sunrises and this allows you to lay in bed, relax and soak up the morning sun (it is bright!). Whales were breaching throughout the day which was incredible to see! We enjoyed relaxing by the pools, which were gorgeous and rented chairs over the Infiniti pool for a day. The fitness room was top notch and loved the morning lattes from the coffee shop in the main lobby. Oysters and sushi by the pool were both lovely. From sunrise to sunset we really enjoyed our long weekend here!

The Steakhouse quality of food was not worth the price. We spent a lot, it wasn’t good and left hungry. That is the only “negative” we had.

We enjoyed our stay in Cabo, but unfortunately, we will not be returning. Everything felt overpriced to the point of greed. After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel only to be immediately inundated with sales pitches for time-share presentations. It felt uncomfortable and off-putting. To add to our disappointment, we were not informed about the Christmas dinner buffet that night because the staff was too busy pushing sales. Basic amenities were lacking; there was no coffee available outside of our room unless we wanted to pay exorbitant prices—$25 for just two lattes from Starbucks! Who can afford that? The hot tub was barely more than a kiddie pool, and although the hotel advertised laundry services, the prices were outrageously high. Additionally, towels were not always available at the pool, which was frustrating. Overall, this experience left us feeling undervalued as guests. The focus on sales overshadowed any enjoyment we could have had. We were also bombarded with multiple follow-up calls trying to get us to sit through a time-share presentation. It’s clear that our comfort and experience were not a priority. We won’t be coming back.

Stayed here with my family for 6-days in a 2-bedroom, 3 full bath suite (1 BR suite combined with a studio). Very comfortable, but only king size beds in this entire property, so my two teenage sons shared a bed, but they had plenty of space. Bathrooms only have one sink. Rooms are very modern (feels like a typical Hilton hotel room) but has a full kitchen with oven, stovetop burners, microwave, fridge and freezer. Coffee maker (K cups) with coffee and tea (for free) in the suite. Large balconies over looking the dolphin pool. No washer and dryer in the units and none located anywhere on the property. Housekeeping service was excellent. All staff were truly welcoming and friendly from the bellmen to the waiters to the housekeepers. At the beach (yes, it’s a swimmable beach) and pool, all were friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Thomas at the pools who arranged for dinner, activities, getting towels and umbrellas and finding creative ways to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Spa was amazing too with personable and friendly staff. Food at Vela was wonderful. Be sure to go to Tres Gallos in Cabo San Lucas too and check out the art, shops and restaurants in San Jose (we ate at Sage and it was wonderful too). Dulce, at the Hilton, has wonderful ice cream and Starbucks snacks and drinks. The swim-up sushi bar from the Dolphin Pool is spectacular too. Truly hard to find a negative about this property other than it can be noisy at night as staff push carts and other kinds of crates which echo throughout the halls, so if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a higher floor (we were in the second floor which was very continent to the spa, dolphin pool, Dulce,etc., but noisy).

Housekeeping was stellar. Room was very comfortable, with a fantastic view.

Length of lack.of electricity and lack of accurate information was not acceptable. A battery operated sourcec of light should have been provided. Also, I had breakfast on site twice, and while food was good, it was delivered lukewarm. Lack.of comfortable seating in the lobby .

Beautiful property

Love our Paradise in Los Cabos. Best All inclusive hotel with Everything you would want on vacation! We returned for our 5th time in November before Thanksgiving weekend & I think it just gets better each time! Even with the high expectations we have when returning home to the Ziva! Rolando and Adrian that are in concierge really nailed it with our welcome back extras & came through all the way until check out! Bryant in the Cortez was Super and always accommodated us with our morning Pina Coladas! Marcos & Raul in the club never disappointed and took special care of us in the club daily! Margarita, Angel, Felipe & All the servers in the buffet do such a fantastic job and are always looking to serve you with more! We truly love going there for breakfast and lunch! Roman & Manager Alex, manager in the Dozo made certain everything was perfect and wonderful it was! Pool staff entertainers we Loved! Abraham Guali Victor Norma Miguel Paula *** Wow! Shes everywhere!! Dancers: Natasha Diana Julieta Fernanda Julio Gabriel Eduardo Were All exceptional & Vegas material! Absolutely loved seeing the day team around the pool area & the amazing night entertainment team at the shows! A true delight to have to experience at the Ziva! Pool management around the bar, Hugo & Alex always made certain things were rolling out with the excellent drink service and the Super Ziva team that always served us well and made sure we had a Ziva day!! Grateful to be apart of this special Los Cabos Ziva family! Just rebooked for our summer return & really look forward to another Phenomenal trip! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Good views. Good staff. Meh for food. Location is great for the view but sucks if you want to go into town. 30 minutes to the mariana yeesh

Had a great time! This is my tenth year coming to this property! Server Carlos, Poolside servers Diego and David were all excellent! I will be back next year!
