Free parking, location was good. Apartment had all we needed for the duration. It was a great benefit to be provided with complimentary water and breakfast items - thank you. The price of the accommodation was very good too!

The bed was not very comfortable, it was far too soft for someone with a bad back. The bath over the shower area is very limited due to sloping ceilings so if you are tall this could be a problem as you are more at risk of banging your head.

Good checking in procedure. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need for your stay. Nice that there were some little cereals left and bottled water in the fridge. The living area could have benefitted from a larger settee or another one as there is the space for it. We both would have been able to stretch out and relax. Word of warning if you are a light sleeper, the walls are like paper and with the doors in the block banging it wasn't always quiet even through the night I heard people talking, although no failt of the host. Enjoyed having a hot bath a couple of times. Although clean there were some cobwebs in my bedroom. The beds were ok maybe a little springy. I wouldn't stay here again simply because I'm a light sleeper and need more quiet. If you don't mind this then the location is good to travel around easily. The centre of derby is only 10 mins away.

Spacious, clean flat with all we needed. Welcome pack with essentials was a fab touch. Key collection and drop off was very easy.

The mattress in the big room desperately needs replacing.

We like the location of the property, it's close to everything you could want whilst also being in a quiet area. The fact water bottles & milk are provided in the fridge is lovely and the cereal and other treats are appreciated!

We honestly really love this place and stay here every time we visit derby, the only thing we have found to be an ongoing issue is the limited hot water I'm not sure if it's on a timer but it runs out quickly only allowing us to shower at certain times for a short duration. A weekly vacuum under the sofa bed mattress and making sure bathroom tiles are wiped down properly would make these apartments 10/10.

Apartment was well equipped, clean and warm

Had a lovely few days.. The whole place was clean and in a quiet location. The kitchen had everything you needed if you decided to cook. The bathroom was a decent size. I must admit i had the most relaxing bath I've had in a long time lol.. The bedroom was also a decent size, bed was comfy and also plenty of room in the wardrobe and chest of drawers for my clothes.. Decent sized tv in the living room as well.. There was also a few welcoming gifts which was lovely and appreciated.. Will definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future

Nothing apart from having to leave

Everything you needed for comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy. I liked the cereals, tea, coffee and milk provided, it was much appreciated.

I didn't like the sloping walls being a top floor apartment, a bit if a challenge for tall people.
