"Pretty good over all"

Everything was perfect except at the end. I think it’s important to inform guest prior of checkout date and times. And when I asked if there was another room I could move to, they said they didn’t have any. But ended up having.

Unfortunately there was still the smell of smoking - which I appreciate is hard to get rid of.

"Another Excellent Stay"

Having stayed a number of times, as their were 4 of us this visit we booked the Deluxe apartment and our friends were very impressed and again it didn't disappoint us. We will continue to book our stays here when visiting Derby.

Very spacious apartment. The kitchen and guest room area was stunning. Lovely place! Very nice hosts. Could not complain about anything at all!

The location wasn't great, a bit too far from the city centre (about 35-40mins walk). Other than that - no issues at all.

Property was clean and everything you need is included, towels, plates, iron, pots and pans. Property value for money. Parking is easy and communication was good also
