Great location a minute walk from the beach. Centrally located for shops and restaurants.

I thought there was some type of separate living area other than just the kitchen and bedroom with the TV.

Not sure how Expedia can advertise a property like this one! It’s outdated and dirty; there is not value for money. There is no registration of guests, no cleaning of rooms and I had to chase the only employee for clean towels. I expect Expedia will reimburse me for the nights I had to stay at a different hotel. Very disappointed!

Overall, satisfactory place. Very simple and great location plus a good price. Would recommend if you don't care about luxury and want to be near the beach.

Parking situation was not good, but we left the car on the street which was fine. Hot water was unreliable but we are used to that in mexico at this point. Air conditioner was more of a suggestion so if it was 30+ summer heat I would have problems. In early March it was fine.

The location was great for enjoying the beach.

The water in the shower was unpredictable many times too hot. But good pressure.

We had no wifi in our room So unable to watch tv or put on music from tv

The place is really not worth what i paid for. The shower, sink, bathroom; shortly everything is really in a bad condition. There are dead insects all around. Hair on the bed linen as well as the pillow.
