The property is well located.

The Wi-Fi did not work and it was cold with no heating.

Fantastic location in Lenno. Not as crazy busy as other areas which I loved but still plenty to see and do. Maria, our very friendly host met us on site and showed us where to park and was extremely helpful with other tips and recommendations for the area. Accommodation was on the top floor with amazing views of the Lake. Couldn't get enough of it. Did have stairs but didn't bother us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sitting and eating area and a kitchen. Very comfortable. Short walk to supermarket and restaurants/bars.

The only downside was that the Wifi didn't work in the Villa. We had to sit outside the main door on the top step!! But we managed. The location and comfort made up for it.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Ideally located in the quaint and quiet village of Lenno. Maria is a very friendly and helpful host who can provide you with suggestions for the best restaurants.

I understand the safety reasons, but we would have preferred to have been able to fully open the windows for a breath of fresh air. No wifi reception in the apartment during our entire stay, adding some wifi boosters would be an easy quick fix as there is good reception on the communal stairs.

I recently stayed at Balbianino and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment itself was spotless and very well-maintained. Our host, Maria, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always responsive and went out of her way to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place with a fantastic host. We will definitely be back!

Host Debora was very friendly and responsive. The location is very accessible to our events

No elevator so we had to carry our luggages to the second floor. Wish we had been assigned a room on the first floor.
