Location, cleanliness and well furnished.

I got at the place around 10pm, when I got there I knew that the owner was not going to be there, (he sent me a message about this) however he didn’t mention anything about how to get in his place. Once I got there, there was a sign between the window and a metal glass shield. Everything written in Japanese. I tried messaging him but no response. After like 40min in the cold we were lucky and found some locals who read the sign and called the owner and told him that we were there. (On that sign were only telephone numbers not Intructions about how to get inside) I was told at that moment that he left the key locked to a gas pipe outside his place and gave me the combination to open the padlock… He did message me a few days before arriving with a list of “don’ts”. The one “Don’t “ that made me call Booking was a noise sensor. I called Booking Customer Services and tried to cancel this booking, I told them about the noise sensor, I was told that they were going to contact the owner and ask him to turn off this device.
