"Heidelberg ist wunderschön."

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch gab es Bauarbeiten direkt am Hotel bereits früh 6. 00 Uhr . Das Hozel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstücksbüffett war relativ karg umd zu allem Überfluss tummelten sich Ameisen. Der Zimmerservice war unbefriedigend. Am Nachmittag ! wurde gefragt, ob das Bett gemacht werden soll. Toilettenpapier haben wir uns allein von unten geholt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!!!

"Nice hotel in a great location"

Great location and really nice breakfast -parking was really great -easy to get in and out which is a unicorn in Europe

A/C turned off and room was really warm-as this was the most expensive hotel in our month long trip it did not reflect the cost as worthy compared to other places we’ve stayed on this adventure
