整體不錯，周邊機能只要願意走路基本滿便利的，老闆也很熱情，還自備了攻略手冊，會在check in的時候一一跟你說明。

上下床鋪的床墊已經嚴重變形，睡覺時背脊會凹下去不能支撐著，睡醒後全身痠痛。 雖然有提供洗髮精、沐浴乳，但明顯過期。 沒有電梯，上樓需自行搬行李，而且樓梯不寬。

"Convenient appartment with parking"

The apartment offers a free parking space, which is a great option if you're traveling to Kyoto by car. The owner was very helpful and provided us with plenty of information about things to do in Kyoto. We stayed for five nights and used the apartment as a base to visit Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara, traveling to the main tourist spots by car.

If there's one thing to mention, the apartment is not located near any major tourist spots in Kyoto, so you will need to take public transport or going by car.
