Clarion Hotel Charlecote Pheasant

Quiet; mattress very soft; no cleaning staff came in after my second night; the property I had an old charm about it

Good value hotel with all the amenities we needed. Polite and efficient staff. Good food.Clean rooms.

The property was great location. , good food breakfast was good valve ,evening meal was good,decor was looking a bit tired in common area bedroom were in decent condition.A great spot for walking ,national trust and close to stratford upon Avon .

This was perfect get away we both could not fault it in anyway will be staying again and again

Could do with more choice on the restaurant menu We enjoyed our stay and the bed was sooo comfortable and a good size tv.

I was very nice to be able to walk my dog in the Hotel's field.

Really disappointed. Checked in and had to rush out the property as we had an event to go too. Arrived back early hours in the morning, went to shower and the toilet along with the sink were blocked. Contacted reception, they moved to us a room where there was a crack in the window and the shower was leaking. The rooms are dark, stained carpets, and the standards are poor. I complained to reception, had to repeat my complaint and it was being wrote on paper. The receptionist didn't seem to care so I said I'll complain via Expedia instead. I appreciate it's not the Hilton but when your paying over £100 for a room, you expect better quality.

Very well received by staff and very good service; room was very comfortable; great nights sleep.

Great place to stay for our visit to Stratford upon Avon as only a few miles out. Room good with view over tennis court. Only downside was we were told that there were only two times that we could have dinner so we went early and restaurant was empty!

The hotel was good value for money and close to Stratford. A few minor things were missing; I bath because of arthritis but the shower gel was out of reach without standing up. There was a very good supply of tea, but only one insignificant biscuit. Lovely location- I hope it does well.
