"Quick Overnight Stay"

Room was clean, warm and bed was very comfortable. Two different menus, bar food good. Breakfast could have been better if they replenished quicker. Good parking. Perfectly positioned hotel for Charlecote Parc and Stratford-upon-Avon

Carpets & curtains ingrained with dirt. Wallpaper peeling. Smell of damp in bedrooms. Bath mat black with mould. But majority of staff very pleasant and helpful. Shame they work in a hotel that is in need of maintenance and major redecoration

Cleaners came round every day and filled milk, coffee, tea bags etc. We were only b&b, but had one evening meal, which was very good. The bed was very comfortable and you could turn the radiator on or off, as you wished. On the whole, a satisfactory stay.
