Property was so conveniently located to shopping restaurants and marina. Was soundproof so was quiet and could not hear noise from outside even though it was in a busy area. Alessia at the front desk could not be more helpful

Had a little trouble locating but Alessia came out to find us and guide us to entrance.

Elys Suites was AMAZING!! from communication with the staff, to the location, room, comfort, breakfast It was all we thought it would be. Selected based on reviews and was not disappointed! Highly reccommend.

Just a short stroll from the piazza, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything else you could want while exploring this charming town. One of our favorite little perks? The 24-hour coffee bar! Whether we were heading out early for a day trip or coming back from dinner, it was such a treat to grab a cappuccino or espresso whenever we felt like it—no lines, no fuss, just great coffee on demand. The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. It had that crisp, clean feeling you hope for in a boutique stay, with thoughtful touches throughout. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—happy to offer recommendations and always quick with a smile. If you're looking for a guesthouse that blends convenience, comfort, and great service, Elys Suites is the one. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

I have traveled the world. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Conveniently located in the main square of Sorrento. Clean. Modern. Safe. Close to shopping, dining and activities. Coffee all day. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. The best part? Our host Alessia at reception. So lovely and pleasant. She kept us informed. Made excellent suggestions on dining, shopping and activities. She helped us book a wonderful tour to Capri and got us an excellent driver for our trip back. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. You won’t be disappointed.

We had the Suite with a loft. It was spacious for 3 adults. The loft provided privacy for the person staying upstairs. It was the best Suite arrangement I have ever stayed. The location was great, right off the main Square in Sorrento. Perfect for we first timers to Sorrento.

Pour notre deuxième passage à Sorrente nous sommes revenus chez Elys suite. Les chambres sont toujours aussi confortables nous avions celle qui donne sur la place avec un balcon. Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel

This property is centrally located in the heart of Sorrento town. There are only 5 rooms in this property and the room we were assigned was both spacious and spotless. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to leave luggage within the property while we strolled waiting on our flight. They also provided some recommendations for local restaurants and transport to the airport. Breakfast is served just outside the rooms and plenty of options from pastry’s to cakes etc. Free coffee machine which is available 24hrs which was a nice plus. There was also a mini bar in the room with some complimentary drinks (coke zero, water, juices, prosecco and yogurts) which was a nice addition. 10/10, thanks for the stay and would definitely stay here again when we return to Sorrento,
