Room was beyond our expectation and we love it extremely! It is spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, a huge clean bathroom and a cute little balcony above the shops. It is soundproof even though we are above a busy shopping area. Everything in the fridge is complimentary and those that we tried were good. The breakfast spread was awesome. Love the pastries (especially the bacon ones!) and the wide selection of Italian breakfast and eggs. Luise ensured that our rooms were cleaned daily and got the breakfast ready every morning. You can have the breakfast in the comfort of your room with a table and chairs. The front desk ladies Elena and Alessia were very friendly and very helpful ensuring that we had a pleasant and wonderful stay. There is also a 24 hour coffee machine that we could use anytime of the day! Besides that, that is also SmartTV where we can access Netflix and YouTube. I really love the decor of the room. There are also extra pillows and wine glasses for you to enjoy their complimentary wine. Location is perfect, walkable from the train station, the shops, good food and also the port of Sorrento. Lastly, before arrival, Kadja checked in on our arrival times and thus we manage to get a room ready by Luise earlier. This place is highly highly recommended. Thank you Elys Suites for such a beautiful experience!

Probably the only annoyance we had was the slow drainage of water in the shower and the sink. However can be easily solved if you reduce the volume of the flowing water.

Great staff. Many food options though mostly carbs. Room decor is modern with interesting lighting.

It was difficult to find in the dark with very little signage.

Loved everything here! The room is so modern and clean, has excellent sound proofing and the beds are really comfortable. The location is great and all of the inclusions like breakfast, coffee and the mini bar is just wonderful. The team even organised a transfer to and from Naples and the drivers they got were lovely also. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location. Even found a quick way to get to the port to catch a boat to Capri.

Finding it was difficult at first and was unable to park near to check in but the staff helped accommodate us and assisted with the suitcases. We loved the location after getting settled.

A great place to stay in a superb location. The room was very clean, spacious and have everything we needed. There is 24 hour complimentary hot drinks available. The breakfast is a buffet style with plenty of choice which you take back to your room to eat by your balcony. We used the hotel as a base to visit not just Sorrento but Capri, Positano, Pompeii and Herculaneum. The port and railway station are both within easy walking distance as are restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Sorrento.
