一切！從入住前的密切聯繫到入住期間，所遇到的工作人員們都非常親切和善（尤其是Kadja的協助）、房間寬敞、乾淨、很新、備品也很齊全。最滿意每日房間清潔服務，讓疲憊的身體好好放鬆。

無。早餐餐點比較吃不習慣，但是也很豐富均衡了（主食 蛋 水果 咖啡機 果汁 蛋糕），每天都吃得很飽。

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative! Lo staff gentilissimo e la suite era stupenda: completamente ristrutturata, molto ampia, pulita e con tutti i confort! Aveva 3 affacci direttamente su Piazza Tasso. La posizione è super poiché si trova proprio nel cuore di Sorrento! Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati veramente bene. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and reasonable amenities/complimentary drinks and water were provided. The soaring ceilings and spacious room was a plus! The best part is the location. The property is centrally located right in the heart of the city and within walking distance from the port, shops and restaurants. The staff members were amazing!

While the bathroom is modern, the shower door did not seal properly and it was difficult keeping water from getting out of the shower. Not a deal breaker but just a suggestion for future renovations/improvements.

Camera ampia luminosa e ben curata, con affacci sulla piazza. Staff cortese , simpatica e professionale , ci ha dato molte informazioni utili. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata.
