Everything was perfect. Communication with Otman, who was expecting us in the street so we didn´t have a problem to find it, the beauty of the house, clean rooms, nice view from the terrace and tasty breakfast. The location was also great - close to the parking and to medina :-)

Everything was good in general. The room is a bit dark,there is no Windows,but this is a feature of the structure. The room is spacious enough. Great glazed terassa and looking on the roof.

Smell of sewage. The air refreshers are installed, but this did not fix the problem.

Location is great, only 5 mins walk from the Blue Gate. The owner is nice and responds very quickly to my messages. The decor of the room is beautiful and the breakfast is good.

Great Dar, a very traditional family house. Othman and Arsma were so kind to me for not only introducing the room, but also shared experience on city. Room is well decorated with Morocco style, with a beautiful terrace.

Bice riad, nice room, nice service. Hosts very friendly and location was great for us. They prepare an early breakfast for us as we needed to leave Fes at 4.00 am. Thanks for the stay

I stayed in the Riad with my wife, we liked our stay and would overall comeback. Room: the place and room were clean and stylish. The AC was super nice in the early October hot weather. Location: Easy to find and super as it is close to Bab Bejloud and Bab Marhouk, so you can easily delve into the old city, travel to the airport or commute to the new city. The rooftop terrace has a fantastic view and is designed nicely. Staff: Shout out to Asmaa' for her nice hosting and cheerful soul, she made sure our requests were accommodated, and she even especially cooked a delicious healthy chicken soup for my wife who got cold during our stay. Othman was nice to offer us plenty of activities to do.

Nothing critical for us, however we provide below a constructive feedback as we liked the Riad and it has potential: 1- The breakfast could be fresher and more rich relative to other Riads within the same price range. 2- The toilet seats in our room are dislocated, which was surprising for us because it doesn't cost much to replace, especially that we also saw a review before that commented on the toilet seat and we thought it would be resolved already. 3- It would be great if the Riad fix the lock of the gate that leads to the room and the separate toilet.
