The location and how cozy very realistic place. Beautiful veranda where you have breakfast.

So, as much as we loved the location and friendly stuff the room we got smelled like sewage. It was almost imposiible to stay in the bathroom and it seeped out to the whole room. Not to mention black mold in the bathroom and roach good thumb size running in the reception at the time we checked out.

The location of the hotel is very close to the blue gate, which is very convenient to getting around; my room was on the ground floor which was very cool in the hot summer; everything in the hotel is under a very good condition, and the maintenance is excellent, thanks for Asmae; the room is very comfy; it's absolutely worthy for stay!

Key points: Beautiful rooms, beautiful terrace. Very cosy and next to the medina. Family-run hotel: the owners are very kind. Breakfast is pretty good though a bit sugar-heavy. When the shower broke they fixed it very quickly. Well worth the money. Just a note about the location, you can see signs to the property on the walls - you have to go through a small tunnel on the left!

We didn’t mind, but if you don’t like small spaces then don’t stay here. The stairs and passageways are quite narrow and not suitable for tall people or anyone with a physical disability. The walls are pretty thin as well so bring earplugs!

I liked the room, it had three beds and a nice shower. The riad was beautifully decorated and the roof has a somewhat pleasant view.

The space on the roof is small and uncomfortable for tall people (I'm 1.80). The guest house is located in a shady neighborhood. What's more is the breakfast was full of carbs and lacks protein hhhh

Location is great to be inside of Medina. Beautiful terrace where you will have breakfast. Beautiful decorations, with family run staff, very accommodating.

Gorgeous gorgeous terrace esp at sunset. Pretty decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect.

Not enough ventilation and light. Spaces are tight and low. Not a great place for anyone suffering with claustrophobia like me. We were staying on the ground floor. The rooms on the upper floors might be better, but were all fully booked when we were there.

The Riad is very nice and well located! Asma is a great host, she warmly welcomed us and lovely takes care. Thanks Asma for everything!
