깔끔해서 좋았다! 대욕장도 있어서 피로풀기에도 좋았다! 위치도 좋아서 귀국할때나 투어할때 찾아가기 편했다!

This was my second time staying here. Locaiton is not too far by foot to Susukino and the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The Clock Tower and TV Tower are very close. Good amenities and service too - you can opt out of a daily room service but still get new towels and robes. Shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and great water pressure. Parking is right beside the lobby and a cafe is on the ground floor. Plenty of konbini nearby too. Overall this is an excellent value hotel and I hope to return.

Good stay

Wonderful experience. Clean, modern rooms. Public bath was well-kept and provided many amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Very convenient and walkable

청결하고 작지만 대욕장도 있어서 하루의 피로를 풀기에 좋았습니다.. 무엇보다 5분 거리의 지하도로 삿포로 역 오도리공원 스스키노까지 이동 가능합니다.

スタッフの方の対応が快く、親子で快適に過ごせました。部屋も清潔感があり、バストイレ別な点と枕を選べた点も良かったです。

Economy Double Room - comfortable stay for 3 nights. Location - approximately 15 mins walk from Sapporo station which has direct line to Chitose airport. There is a lift near exit 14 for those which heavy luggage. Room - was quiet on the 4th floor. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft which I enjoyed very much. Bathroom and toilet are separated cubicle. Food - Did not try the breakfast. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Customer service can be improved. Not consistent across different shift. Selective male staff members at front desk appeared not eager (based on body language from a customer perspective) to address enquiries in English. Bonus - The lounge on the 2nd floor provide free coffees. The public bath was great way to relax after a long day. There is a laundry room at a small cost for washing and drying. Take note to inspect for residue dust on the inside of the dryer door.

크기가 크진않았지만 혼자 머무르기에 딱적당했어요. 삿포로 역과도 가깝고 대략 6분정도 걸렸고 눈오면 지하로 와서 조금만 걸으면 됐어요. 오도리공원은 걸어서 3분정도, 스즈키노는 걸어서 7분정도였고 근처에 패밀리마드 로손 다 있어요. 조식은 옆카페에서 심플한 샌드위치였어요.스텝분들이 과분할정도로 친절했고 수건및어메니티도 문앞에 붙여놓으면 오후에 도어에 걸어놓드라고요. 담에도 재방문의사 있어요.

A good hotel for the short stop I had on my way to Niseko. Walkable (with a little bit of effort) from Sapporo Station with a ski gear. And close to dining and entertainment of Susukino. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable.
