初札幌でしたが、本当に良いホテルでした。

Super clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. We should try to learn their language as hard as they have tried to learn ours, they make a huge effort. Wonderful people.

It was good. We felt the room was a bit small for 3 people. Not much space to open/ pack luggage

Great location, 5 minutes from sapporo station and buses to everywhere around the area. Close to great restaurants and the shoppings areas.

This was our first trip to Japan and we expected small rooms so we travelled light, with just carry-on baggage. And the rooms were small, but ample and cozy for our needs. The location was great, close to everything, or just a short walk away from the transport needed. The rooms were quiet, the bed comfortable and shower really good. The on-site onsen was a treat. Most importantly, however, the staff were super friendly and wanted to help when needed.

Very friendly staff. Parking was very easy. The hotel felt clean and well kept. Everything was great. The one and only bad thing I have to say was there being urine on the toilet seat when I checked into my room. Everything else was clean but the toilet had not been cleaned. Overall 7.5/10.

飲食店もコンビニも近く、札幌駅からも歩けるため立地も良かった。設備も良く、掃除も綺麗でした。バスタブはないもののシャワーとトイレは独立しており、清潔でした。洗面所の水栓が低すぎて手を洗わせない仕様なのは意味不明でした。 24度の暖房設定したエアコンが、なぜか29度まで暖房してて暑過ぎた。集中暖房なのかよく分からず。
