J’ai dormi 2 nuits d’affilées et la femme de ménage n’a pas changé les draps sachant qu’il y’avait déjà une tache de café dans le lit quand j’ai pris l’occupation de la chambre. Mis à part cela, l’hôtel est bien ( à l’accueil ils sont serviables et sympas) et le service est au top (fitness pratique dans l’hotel).

" 1 ère hotel sympa depuis que je viens à Clermont "

Très belle prestation avec une mention spéciale à l Accueil ,toute fois sur le site hôtel .com on dirai que la piscine est gratuite alors que ce n est pas le cas ,j avais choisi cette hôtel pour cela!!!

"Bon ensemble, quelques désagréments."

Petit-déjeuner cher mais qualitatif. Taché de sang sur deux oreillés et salissure sur un autre. Joints de salle de bain à refaire. Pommeau de douche fuit. Chambre de bonne taille pour la confort, hôtel ni vieux ni récent.

"Séjour en famille"

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, accompagnés de notre chat, et tout a été parfait ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire après nos journées bien remplies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité. Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Séjour parfait ! Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable et literie très confortable. Merci au réceptionniste pour la recommandation du restaurant La Madeleine face à la Cathédrale : excellent et service bienveillant. Tram à proximité, gratuit le week-end jusqu’à minuit, très pratique pour se déplacer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, les prestations sont vraiment top ainsi que le personnel 👍
