Nelson is very welcoming and helpful and the house is homely, warm and nice use of kitchen

25min walk from town but uber/taxi are easily available if you have heavy bags. Can hear noise/loud tv from next door rooms as walls thin

The host, Nelson was so friendly and helpful. He gave lots of information to help me during my stay (and to make the most out of it) and even offered to give me a lift if I had any problems getting to the bus station early in the morning. Amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The house overall was very well heated. The kitchen had all you needed.

Jose Nelson is a very nice and welcoming host. He does a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable. Gives you advice about what you can do around Punta Arenas. And important for me; he speaks Spanish clearly and slowly, so he also helps you to progress in Spanish language. Common living area is warm and cosy. Shower nice and warm. And the place is very clean (cleaned every day). Very good value for money.

Kitchen is a bit small and old, but it didn't bother me too much. A bit out of town, but if you don't mind walking 20 minutes it's fine

About a 20-25 minute walk from the central plaza, but very close to the cemetery and the walk is along a green avenue with interesting sculpture/monuments. All the basics you could want - comfy bed, kitchen access, good wifi, and a hot shower. The owner is exceptionally helpful.

The walls are thin, so you can hear your housemates. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, but this wasn't a big deal for me, since I was already prepared for it.

Economical and comfortable stay here. Nelson the owner is very friendly and had good communication before arriving. I have no complaints and would stay again.
