Staff is very friendly

Matresses on the beds feels a bit worn

Hard question. All the attention was quick and suitable. The landlord waited for me and explained how to use all the resources at home, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Although it is a familiar hostal, they count on Ms. Sonia, a very kind and helpful manager who was responsible for cleaning the setting. I have to add that there was a very safe place to leave our personal belongings.

I do not have any aspect to disagree.

Nice private room and bathroom has hot water! The kitchen is big enough and they provide free coffee/tea. It is not a hotel or hostel, but literally a little house for different people so take that into account. The owner is also really nice, he even let me stay a little longer for the day and drove me to the harbour when it was time to go. He also wanted to give me a tour of Punta Arenas, very nice guy.

Everything was just very worn down. It also didn’t look like they changed the sheets for the next guest after I left the room.

no drying up towels, or paper towel in kitchen, also pots/pans a bit challenging. But overall kitchen was good & clean. also no towel or paper towel in bathroom.

Owner could not be more helpful and met us at the door when we got there at 0130am!!! Extremely good value and especially useful for an over-night stop-over on the way to the Falklands. Owner even offered us a lift to airport when our taxi was late! Complementary WiFi. Detailed instructions given on directions before arrival.

Lack of towels caused a little rustling around in suitcase for alternatives after shower but we did not ask for any - so may have been an over-sight.

The house is very clean and heated. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Enough heat for comfort since the night gets quite cold this time of the year.

One can easily hear the conversation or noise from the next room. Since it is an old house, it makes loud squeaking noise just by walking normally. It might be a problem it you are a light sleeper. The location is a bit far from town.
